EduWork.AI is an innovative team of economists, data scientists, psychologists, and learning scientists, led by Dr. Michelle Yin. We build AI tools that help education and workforce institutions work more efficiently, designed around the people who use them and kept under careful human oversight.
We take methods that usually live in journal articles and build them into working tools, grounded in live federal data and current research.
We support the people who run education and workforce systems, teachers, administrators, agency staff, and policymakers, with the evidence and tools they need.
Every tool is built for oversight and accountability. The technology extends what skilled people can do, it does not replace their judgment.
Research is only useful when the people who serve learners and workers can act on it. We build the tools that make that possible, with human judgment at the center.

Applied microeconomist studying education and workforce policy, disability-margin labor markets, and the measurement of AI. Dr. Yin founded EduWork.AI and leads its team, turning findings from her research into tools that institutions and agencies can use. Visit the RISEI Lab →

Our tools draw on Dr. Yin's research on education, workforce, disability, and the measurement of AI. The research program runs through the RISEI Lab.
